CARDIO KARATE KICKBOXING FOR FUN AND FITNESS & POWERTONE

Experience the Xerbar, the exciting new resistance tool that makes working out fun and efficient. Combine the Xerbar with exciting music and you have a Power Tone Workout. Resistance training is the most efficient method of increasing tonality in all the major muscle groups. Each class is designed to work a specific muscle group for four minutes with a one minute rest in between. You will work six muscle groups in a half hour class,
